About Our Neighborhood
The Wood Farm & The Cloisters subdivision is location on Jackson Trail Road in Jefferson, GA.
Our amenities include a junior olympic swimming pool, stocked pond with walking trail, and expansive common areas.
This website is devoted to making our community the best it can be. If you are a resident of our community, please explore the various HOA committee pages for the latest information about community activities.
The elected Board of Directors mission is to ensure Members covenant compliance, maintain Association property, preserve community property values, be good stewards of Association funds, and protect members from liabilities.

Hi my name is Talisha, I am married to a wonderful man named Jon and I have 4 kids and 4 grandkids. I am a Production Manager of 10 years and I work for a facility in Norcross where we build systems that take care of commercial pools. We have lived in Jefferson for 6 years and love the area. I appreciate your trust in me and I am ready to learn all I can about being on a board and serving our neighborhood to the best of my ability.

My name is Tim Bramble. I am retired, and Jan and I have lived in the neighborhood since 2020. During my term on the board, I would like to ensure that the HOA is on a sound financial footing and able to serve the needs of the community and keep it a desirable place to live.
Jason Lathrop

My name is Jason Lathrop. I am 44 years old and have been married for 18 years and have 3 wonderful children. I work for the Trane Company out of Atlanta. We have lived in the Wood Farm subdivision since 2019. The desire for my role on the board is to be active in our neighborhood and ensure that we communicate effectively to our neighbors which will build trust within our community.
